Ever heard of Griffball? No? Well think of it as a mix between Halo 3, american football, rugby and a whole lot of fun!

Starting at 8pm (GMT) on 6/3/2008, Griffball will be available as an unranked playlist on Halo 3 for all Xbox Live players. Hit more to find out more.

Ending on March 10th 2008 at 8pm (GMT), the playlsit is going to be the very first of Bungies DOUBLE XP tournament* playlist. That means the victor of each game will recieve 2 XP as opposed to the standard 1 XP. 

Starting 10 days after the closure  of the Griffbal playlist, the Halo 2 classic SWAT (No shields, greater body health and no motion tracker) playlist will be launched for 3 days (until 23/3/2008).

*Tournament playlists generally last only a few days and offer players a chance to win prizes at the end of the period for a variety of things which, unfortunately, Bungie won't tell us about until they've awarded the prizes.
